Does Yoga Help in Managing Varicose Veins?

The benefits of yoga are not unknown. It is a wonderful way to relax your body and calm your mind. At the same time, it promotes fitness and aids to handle a variety of health problems successfully. Steps: Stand straight and keep your hands on the hips. Breathe out and bend the hip slowly. The hands should be on the floor next to the feet. Make sure the feet are parallel to each other. Now slowly push your upper body forward as you stretch out and raise the tailbone. Hold this pose for few seconds and return to normal position.

2. Matsyasana
Regarded as one of the best yoga asanas for varicose veins, Matsyasana has numerous benefits. Also called as fish pose, it provides relief from cramps by stretching your legs and feet thereby enhancing blood circulation throughout the body.

Steps: Lie down on your back. Legs must be crossed as you would in Padmasana. Place your hands beneath the buttocks. Slowly bend the back upward and feel the stretch. Hold this pose for few seconds and come back to normal position.
